Sessions by participants,
for participants!

Unlike traditional conference sessions, an unconference is a participant-driven session where participants get to decide the discussion topics, session structure, agenda and speakers.

There are only two rules at an unconference:

  1. No presentations! Unconference sessions are all about conversations
  2. The ‘Law of Two Feet’: “If at any time during the session you find yourself in any situation where you are neither learning nor contributing, use your two feet and go someplace else.” In other words, at an unconference you should not stay in a session if you find yourself losing interest or becoming bored. Participants are expected to take control and maximize their own learning by changing sessions when their attention wanes.
